The Street Directory is provided to help our agents, customers and member companies determine Wind-Only eligibility and territory rating information. It can be printed and utilized from this web-site, free of charge. You may also save the files to your computer by right-clicking on the county name and choosing Save Link As (Netscape) or Save Target As (Internet Explorer), then specifying a location on your system.
This product utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) format which requires correct zip codes, street names, directionals, prefixes and suffixes. Using incomplete or inaccurate address information will result in incorrect eligibility and territory assignments, and will interfere with the efficient processing of applications and requests for voluntary credits.
We are attempting to make this directory as complete and accurate as possible; however, if you have a USPS formatted address not listed in this directory, and you believe it is eligible; you can either email your request to Wind.Eligibility@citizensfla.com or fax the address and a map pinpointing its location to our Eligibility Department at (904) 281-2666. We will research the eligibility and territory assignments for you and if necessary, make the associated updates in our Directory. If your corrections involve a specific application or policy, please list the application or policy number on your request.
The Directory lists eligible streets and is divided by county. It includes two separate territory designations; one for Dwelling forms and one for All Other policy forms. Dwelling is Residential ONLY and includes dwelling, mobile homes and residential condominiums. All Other encompasses Commercial, Commercial-Residential, Special Class (including Residential Special Class) and Builders Risk.
